Don't knock yourself out trying to figure out which X-Men characters these are because they aren't actual characters. They are fanfiction characters created by ~rtdahlin (Richard and Taunya Dahlin).

This is my winning entry for the contest they held for their Apolline (Renae Flint) and Tidal (James Hydro) characters.
Being the sucker for romance that I am I decided to try to capture a love scene between the two. I hope everyone gets the title's meaning.

Richard and Taunya, I hope you both enjoy the piece, the characters were REALLY fun to do. :nod: I will send the rough sketch of this to you once I get a chance to hit the post office. :)

This is pretty damn impressive. The way you paint is so clean and crisp, there is no blurryness evident like in so many digipaintings. The fire and water are especially impressive here, but I also like the pose and his face, talk about realisitic! You have really captured a look of passion is his face as well, and that is perhaps the most impressive thing in this piece. I wish you good luck with the competition.
